Site Superintendent
Self-motivated individual to assist in the management, coordination and control of general site construction projects. Must have thorough knowledge of all aspects of construction — technology, equipment and methods, cost control schedules and safety. Must have the ability to supervise total construction effort and take ownership to ensure projects meet design specifications, budget and schedule. Minimum 5 years experience in the construction industry, earthwork and site utilities field, with the ability to plan, coordinate and supervise on-site functions and provide day-to-day direction of on-site personnel. This candidate must possess excellent communication and organizational skills.
Utility Pipe Foreman
Experienced foreman in underground utilities that include water, sewer, storm drainage and concrete work-structures. Must be dependable, hardworking and possess good communication and organizational skills. This is a working foreman position, so candidate must be willing to work machinery and perform manual labor along with the crew. Must be able to ensure timely completion of projects. Experience with underground utilities, site work and concrete is essential. A CDL is preferred but can be obtained after employment.
Asphalt Workers
We are seeking experienced individuals for numerous positions in our Asphalt/Concrete Division. Positions include: asphalt paver screw men; asphalt paver operators; asphalt equipment operators — roller, transfer machine, milling machine; asphalt laborers experienced with asphalt crack sealing; asphalt lute man; low-boy driver (must have a CDL Class A license — Tanker Certificate a plus. Requires a minimum of three (3) years working on an asphalt crew.
