SCOPE OF WORK:
- Upgrade existing treatment plant from 12 MGD to 20 MGD Wet Weather.
- Construction of a new Wet Weather Flow Diversion & Flow Control Chamber, Headworks Building,
- Structural Modifications to existing Blower Building, Pumping Station, Equipment Building, & Pipe Tunnels
- Mechanical Upgrades of two Aerated Grit Chambers, four Primary Clarifiers, eight Aeration Tanks, five Final Clarifiers, and two Return Sludge Pump Stations
- Complete replacement of two existing digestors
